The hotel surprised us with spacious rooms that were much more than we expected, providing a quiet retreat despite its bustling CBD location. The service was super friendly and welcoming, even under isolation restrictions. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport and various points of interest, although street noise could be an issue. Dining options were convenient, especially the nearby cafes on Degrave Street. Overall, a great stay with some minor noise concerns and limited breakfast options.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to Melbourne's attractions and vibrant cafes. The rooms were ideal for our mix of business and leisure, equipped with everything we needed. The service was friendly and helpful, offering great travel advice. The location couldn't be better, allowing easy access to all of Melbourne. However, an upgrade is needed for the bathroom and kitchen facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, being centrally located and within walking distance to everything in the city and Southbank. The rooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet for the vibrant Melbourne CBD. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even surprised my 10yr old with decorations and a gift. The dining options were great, especially with the cafes on Degrave Street. Overall, a wonderful experience with just minor decor updates needed.
